I was there in Oaks Perth for 3 months. Excellent support from the staff at reception and as well as Housekeeping staff. And of course dinning hall staff. I realized the 24/7 staff service at reception support at Oaks Perth, when I was stayed in other place where there is no reception support at the time of smoke alarm triggered. I really appreciate the reception staff service, smile face and sprint to attend the false alarm to help the guest. Good memories unforgettable one. If possible share the Oaks Perth staff group photo.

I would definitely stay here again it was in a really convenient location, it was a decent price, it was quiet in the room even though you are right in the middle of everything. The staff were lovely and really helpful, cleaning staff were very friendly. The room was big and felt clean. I was happy to find out my breakfast was included with the room. Breakfast was great Bacon was cooked perfectly and I think there were some good options available, the only thing I would suggest the hotel could do is to add wraps at breakfast so you don’t have to have toast, but it was still great. The only things I could say could have been better is… there were no extra pillows available but not really a big deal, the pillows in the room were not very comfortable, 2 were pretty thin and the other two were really hard and big so not the best to sleep with. The bed was a bit hard but was still ok. Thanks oaks team! You are all doing a wonderful job :)
