"It was lovely!! Beds were very comfortable. Cute and Cozy! It was a little walk to old Quebec, but not terrible.
If you don't mind a 15-20 minute walk it is a perfect spot."

"We had an outstanding stay at the Fairmont in Old Québec City. The location alone makes this hotel exceptional — it sits right in the heart of Old Québec, with most major attractions just a short and enjoyable walk away. We were able to explore historic streets, shops, and iconic landmarks without needing a car, which made the experience stress-free and immersive.
Many excellent restaurants, cafés, and bakeries are within walking distance, giving us endless dining options every day. One highlight for our family was how close the hotel is to the toboggan slide at Terrasse Dufferin — an absolute must-do, especially in winter. Being able to walk there easily made it even better.
The hotel is also very conveniently located for visiting other Québec City attractions. It’s close to Vacation Camp activities, the Ice Hotel (Hôtel de Glace), and other popular destinations, making it a perfect base for sightseeing and family adventures. Whether you’re exploring history, enjoying winter activities, or simply soaking in the charm of the city, everything feels accessible from this location.
Beyond the unbeatable location, the hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. The atmosphere blends historic charm with modern comfort, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!!!"
"Very clean! I loved my stay there! If you plan on cooking, I would recommend bringing essentials such as oil, parchment paper or aluminum sheet. There was only salt and pepper available. "

10/10 Excellent
"This was a great older house for our visit to Quebec. Everything was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Conveniently located in Quebec so we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go within 15 min or less. There is no AC in the house or fans but we visited in October and didnt need it. The house stayed warm and cozy. We just opened windows if we needed a breeze. Beds were very comfortable. There were 2 towels and 2 washrags left in each bedroom for us. We arrived after dark and missed the driveway when we first arrive. The entrance is on a one way street so we had to make another lap around. I might only leave one friendly, constructive feedback. The front and side windows only had a simple white shade on them each and the back windows had none at all. Some had panel curtains with the shade but you couldnt pull them closed. It makes the house bright in the day, open and light, which is great, but it does let alot of the street lights in at night too and lights up the rooms early in the morning when the sun comes up. It did make it difficult for us to sleep. That is no fault of the owner. We are just used to having our rooms darker when we sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and having such a nice place to stay. We appreciate you allowing us to rent your beautiful home."
