"We had an amazing long weekend. Great location, friendly/helpful staff, exceptional room/comfort. The pool was being renovated while we were there, but we had access to the pool at The Chateau Frontenac instead! That was a nice little bonus. I will definitely go back next visit. "
"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. It's a short walk to all of the major attractions, shopping, and restaurants in that part of the city. Parking is a bit of a challenge as it is all underground and the spaces are a bit confining, but otherwise this is a magnificent property. "

"We are an Ontario family on the way to the east coast. We donât speak French except a few basic words so I was very grateful for the willingness of the clerk to speak English for us. She was friendly and welcoming and very helpful. "
"This was an amazing place to stay. Very, very clean and spacious although we did take the one bedroom apartment. Not sure how spacious the other suites are, but this one certainly was great. Parking was the hardest thing, but not impossible to surmount. Well, definitely stay in the lofts. Next time we are in town. For the money it is a wonderful place to stay."
