The location was great, and the space was amazing. There are just two things I would suggest improving: the air conditioning was not strong enough in the bedrooms, and the bathroom door made noise when opening and closing.

Clean rooms and the space was more than enough for our family of five. The location was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The one draw back with the location was there was a significant population of homeless folks in the area and even more at the parking lot Indigo. It did not feel unsafe, but folks should know before booking to manage expectations.

The room was very clean Bath very deep no grab bar Only mirror in bathroom so high could only see top of my head Check in was terrible. We did not receive code. Agents were not helpful and had little patience. Pre paid parking never worked. Originally we did not get code for parking then 3 codes did not work. Payment was refunded. We paid over $60.00 in parking instead of $32.00. I would not recommend staying here unless you are fluent in French.

The Loft was huge! The amount of space for our family of 6 was amazing! We enjoyed having a full kitchen (with a grocery store just steps away) and also laundry in the room. It was a great space to hang out at the end of the day. The only drawbacks: the beds are actually Fulls, not Queens--so it was tight. And we were hot at night. The air conditioner won't get cold enough, and there aren't any fans in the rooms, so there was no airflow. Also, with a loft of this size, it really needs 2 bathrooms. Having a family of 6, it was tough with 1 toilet and 1 shower. Finally, there is a large homeless population on the street and an even larger population along the walk to Old Town. We didn't have any problems, but it made us a little nervous walking with our children, especially at night. Overall, though, the spaciousness wins out. It was a great space!

The loft apartment we had was great. Clean and so big. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. It was a great location close to the railway station for us. And we walked everywhere else. Groceries were a couple of minutes walk and lots of cages and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.
