Amazing location!!!! Brick work is stunning. Beautiful huge windows looking onto a lovely street for people watching. Feels homey, has 2 bathrooms. Bed is super comfortable! Check in was seemless. The lighting in the loft is somewhat dim and the outlets were originally not working, but the management team was very quick to respond and we were up and running again in no time!! The A/C is a little hard to understand, I don’t think it was reallly responding at all, so we were warm! Would certainly stay again, feels like having your own little apartment in a new city.

Great communication with the hotel! It was clean and very large! Close to my event and great restaurants! Such a unique and special place! Also, needed to work from there for a bit and it served really well for that. The staff was very nice and incredibly helpful!

The accommodations were ABSOLUTELY excellent. The apartment was well appointed, nicely renovated and comfortable. And the location CANNOT be beat!! Right on Rue Saint-Jean, in the heart of old Québec. We would highly recommend to family and friends.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, and has everything we need. The only thing we would recommend is the bathroom lighting. It is not good enough.

Excellent stay for a small family. Secure, elegant, all the things that one would hope for in a unit like this! The space was impeccable, great tub for soaking and space for playing, eating, and watching a movie. The space is shared in terms of light and sound, but we would come back in a heartbeat. The neighborhood and everything it has to offer is incredible. Wonderful experience for us. Covered, inexpensive parking was just a 5-minute walk. Not to mention all the things we wanted to visit accessible easily on foot.

Super place! Great location. As pictured! A few stairs getting up from the street to the elevator and parking is not convienent but I imagine it’s the same for everything in the area, especially at Christmas time. Previous review mentions the shower being a challenge but we did not find this to be a problem. The bathroom door gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to open but that seems like it could be a simple fix. Would be nice to stock the kitchen with a start roll or paper towels and/or napkins. Location is perfect and loft was clean. Beds were comfortable - kids slept on sofa bed and found it far better than most sofa beds.

Recommended

We would recommend this property based on its location, cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. It feels safe and it’s a good location for the old town. It’s also great to walk towards Montcalm, which is more residential and has a local population and the Art Museum is nearby. The Rue de St Jean towards the west has more restaurants and is much less touristy. The only thing to note is that the building stays very warm even if you turn the heating off, and the loft area warms up. There is an AC unit but the space is large to cool down. There is an elevator, but once inside the building, there a three steps up to the elevator. The Les Lofts team is very responsive to emails.

I would definitely recommend this property, with a few caveats: PROS: -IMMACULATELY clean -In a convenient, popular shopping/dining area -Washer/dryer on premises -2 bathrooms is nice CONS: -NOT FOR SENIORS! The full bath (with tub/shower/washer/dryer) is on the second floor, which can only be reached by a narrow metal spiral staircase -The streets shut down to make it a pedestrian area after 11 am, so there's nowhere to park & unload (It would have been nice to be told this before we arrived) -The nearest parking garage is about 3 blocks away, and it's very run-down (Crumbling stairs)

Great location, true to listing!

Amazing location, right were all the restaurants and action is on rue St. Jean. Check-in was remote, we did not have any issues. Communication was quick and clear. The building has an elevator although you’ll have to go up two or three steps at the entrance. We had two carry on suitcases and a stroller and it was not an issue. The loft itself was tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. We requested a crib which was provided upon arrival. The kitchen had very basic kitchen and dinnerware which was fine for us; we dined out at least one main meal per day and would usually have something light or leftovers at the loft for the other meal. Bed was very comfortable, although the frame was quite loud and creaky. TV options are mostly in French; if you prefer a different language you have the option of signing into your personal Netflix or other streaming account. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely consider Les Lofts for a future stay!

5 stars for a spacious loft in the perfect location with restaurants, cafes and most must see attractions within walking distance. However, the tub was clogged and dirty, which made showers a nightmare. The sink upstairs was useless as it sprayed water everywhere instead of having a steady stream. Also there were no basic spices available (salt, pepper, sugar, oil) for those of us who like to cook every now and then. Improve on these and this can be a 10/10.
