"Vi er 2 par, der lige er kommet hjem efter at have overnattet 4 nætter på hotel Miiro Spittelberg i Wien. Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi modtaget af nogle yderst professionelle og søde receptionister der smilede over hele hovedet imens de betjente os og gav os alle relevante oplysninger vedr. opholdet. Da vi kom op på værelserne lå der en personlig håndskrevet hilsen fra personalet og værelserne var meget godt indrettet med nogle gode senge og en god stol og et hyggeligt sofa arrangement og et rigtigt godt badeværelse. Morgenbuffeten på hotel Miiro Spittelberg er efter vores mening helt i top og det er svært at gøre det bedre, vi bestilte æg, juice og kaffe, som vi ville have det og gik efterfølgende op og tog det morgenmad, som vi ville have og kort tid efter kom det vi havde bestilt og der kan ikke sættes en finger på buffeten. Restauranten/Bistroen er absolut også et besøg værd, de laver rigtigt god mad og vi fik noget godt at drikke til og betjeningen var opmærksomme på vores behov og spurgte ind til maden. Opholdet er efter vores mening til 5 stjerner, men hvis vi skal strø lidt malurt i bægeret, så er det, at morgenpersonalet skal sætte farten lidt ned, da de et par gange glemte vores ordre efter mere mad og kaffe, hvilket ikke var så godt og hvor vi måtte gå til dem og minde dem om ordren og få det vi havde bestilt."
