"Our stay at Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof was excellent. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many of Vienna’s main attractions, cafés, and shopping areas. While we found the Superior Room a little compact for our preferences, we upgraded to a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and well worth it. A special thank you to Mr. Lang, who was extremely helpful and professional in arranging the upgrade. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference to our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality items. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on a future visit to Vienna."

"The hotel and staff were great. We probably would have liked a little busier street with more options for shopping or dining. Luckily they weren't too terribly far away. We took the breakfast option and it was a great way to start the day with many choices. They also offered candies, pastries, teas, and apples 24 hours a day in the lobby. There is a small bar offering limited alcohol choices. Over all we liked it a lot and would recommend it as a good choice."

"This hotel has a great location. Nina in the bar area was exceptional. She was friendly, so helpful, attentive, a true delight! This hotel really is a bar with a hotel attached. The bar is photogenic, a wonderful place to relax and have conversations. The staff in the bar were hit and miss. Some incredible, others subdued. There is no front desk. It is self check in. I checked in on line, but I had to input all my information again at computers in the lobby. The bar staff have to help guests with check in, so sometimes bar service is slow. It is not their fault. The room amenities are very limited. Overall, I loved the bar area and convenient location. I would stay here again."
