"Shame it didn't have ensuite with proper shower as such and the "full breakfast" was not a full proper English breakfast, ie eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, brown toast, hashbrowns, mushrooms etc..."
"Was a little worried when I booked but it was perfect for one night. Very clean, tea coffee facilities . No on suites but plenty of bathrooms and we had showers in our rooms, towels provided.
Parking and the car park is gated, felt very safe .
Would definitely stay again but of a gem.

"Always a good choice. Friendly and helpful staff - .they very kindly made us hot drinks while we were waiting for our rooms. Love the evening drinks and snacks. Great they allocated us adjoining rooms, made our celebrations more fun. Bit miffed that price was higher than the previous and following day ( football match on ) and that member rates weren't applied. Love the Molton Brown products but it's really difficult to read what is in each container. A great stay with a few niggles."
"Beautiful hotel. Lovely to revisit Liverpool and stay in a beautiful building that stood derelict for decades before being lovingly restored by Radisson. Rooms extremely stylish and comfortable. I had hoped for an accessible room but had no need to worry as had a double walk in shower with rain head. Original features of the building has been added to with lovely artworks. Very handy for the station AND Spoons which is feet away from the front door"
"Stayed at the hotel as my daughter had a national exam at the adjacent building.
After a 7 hour drive, we were really pleased to arrive to a welcoming, clean hotel.
Room was spacious, light and quiet. Lovely facilities and even after midday checkout, I was able to remain in the comfortable seating area in the lobby whilst waiting for my daughter’s exam to finish.
Wonderful smelling Rituals toiletries provided and fluffy bath sheets. Breakfast offered a good choice of cooked and continental options. Would definitely recommend the Novotel. Absolutely no complaints."
