"Location is a standout — directly above East TST station, making public transport a breeze. Street level is refreshingly quiet, with plenty of eateries and cafes nearby. Check-in was smooth and attentive. Staff walked me through everything in detail and even escorted me to the lift. A specialty Oolong Tea Soda was offered as a welcome drink — lovely touch, though best served chilled. The room on the 37th floor was the highlight. Opening the door to a direct Victoria Harbour view was simply breathtaking — worth every penny, even on a grey day. The open-concept layout with the separated toilet, shower, and outside bathtub is unique, but comes at the cost of privacy and warmth when the A/C is running. Bed comfort was decent; foam pillows were promptly delivered upon request. The lounge chair by the bay window is a great spot to soak in the view, though the electrical curtains are your best friend when privacy matters. Swim Bar was a mixed experience. Friendly bartender, but felt a little judged on my drink choices. Outdoor seats were fully occupied throughout, which dampened the vibe. The gym is a pleasant surprise — Hyrox-themed with sledge machines, wall balls and more. Well-equipped for functional training, though strictly free weights only — no weight machines. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended."

"Hotel rooms were dated but couldn’t fault the location. Was perfect for walking to Nathan Rd, the Ferry Terminal and the MTR. Made life with the kids (8&10) easy."

"Really like the club lounge and staff at the club lounge were very friendly and helpful. Worth paying more for a harbour view room. Reception staff were a bit off and on, sometimes friendly, sometimes indifferent. We were not assisted with our luggage when we were leaving, which was not good since we had a lot of suitcases and my husband had to carry them up the stairs. Room was comfortable, and great location in TST, right by the Star Ferry,"
