"This hotel is amazing, Very nice, great views. We went for my wife's birthday as a surprise trip and they upgraded us to ocean front, decorated the room, and took care of us upon check in. They only thing I would say, while the front desk and restaurant service was amazing, there was another large party at the pool causing it to severely affect the service to us as well us other guests not involved in the 40+ person party. At one point, we were waving down servers just to still have to wait. Over an hour for service and drinks at once point was crazy since all servers were attentive to the party. Otherwise, this trip was definitely an amazing one."

"This home is absolutely beautiful!!! Like the other reviews state, the pictures do not do it justice. This home is very clean, all the linens smelled fresh and looked new. All of the rooms have a smart TV in them, which was perfect for our multi-generational traveling family. The common area is huge, perfect for all of us. The outdoor area was so lovely. The grounds keeper was extremely helpful and tended to the property with impeccable care, It is a quick walk over to Sunset beach, and close to the grocery store, golf course and shopping. Britney was very professional, prompt and helpful with all of our questions. The other thing that is no nice about this house, is that they do not ding you for water or electric usage!! It actually made us more aware and were conscious of what we used, and is one of the few houses down there that has central AC. We did not experience one issue while staying here. It was very obvious that they all knew what they were doing to make our stay here fabulous! The sunset views from the upper balconies were just breathtaking!! Looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you again for making our annual family trip so enjoyable."
