"Love it "

"This is a very nice resort and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay. It is not luxury but you get what you pay for. I consider the resort to be great for families, especially the bungalows which have full kitchens and living areas. It was clean and right on the beach. The beach was slim so not a lot of sandy area but enough for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly but did not go above and beyond by any means. The location was beautiful and right on the reef to snorkel which was fun. "

"This was a perfect home base for our family group as we explored many snorkeling spots around Provo. The layout is spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and very comfy beds and bedding. We loved the big sofa, the well-equipped kitchen, and the great light and ventilation through many windows. The patio view out to the harbor was very nice, enjoyed watching the boats of all sizes come and go. Access to Smiths Reef could not be easier, and that was one of our favorite snorkeling spots. "

"This is the cutest little bungalow. Overlooking a great view of a beautiful pool and ocean (you’re just uphill from beach). Well appointed. Just a darling looking condo. All amenities present—hairdryer, kitchen with coffee pot and fridge and stove. Has shower with tub. Beach chairs and towels provided. Pool is large. We didn’t use the fitness room but one was there. Good location near turtle bay and smiths reef and airport is about 10-15 min. Would definitely stay again."

"This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if you’re travelling in the near future. "
