The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean, which really allows you to relax in an environment outside of your own home! The staff are extremely helpful! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk behind the property and can be seen depending on room view. The property also has a golf cart and staff able to take those who have ambulatory concerns. The washer and dryer in the room are a great amenity to have because of the beach days. Stephanie who works at the front desk is caring and concerned with guest needs. The island is about 35 miles so if you rent a car, everything is within a good distance. Important: driving is on the left side of the road (opposite of USA).

The stay was fantastic. Try to bring bug spray as the mosquitos are alive and well at night time no matter where you are on the island. Everything else was immaculate. Clean room, staff was super helpful and kind, beach views all day, and free parking if you are renting a car. Do remember at about 11pm the gates close so you can't really leave with a car. The office and gym are usually open pretty much 24/7 so if you do need assistance do not fret. Weather is kind of random depending on when you go, so don't trust your weather app completely.

Clean room, hard working staff, great location right off the beach. Plenty of parking. My kids loved having a room that walked out onto the pool. We walked to the Bay Bistro for an easy breakfast, and Hemingways at the Sands was an easy walk for dinner. Not far from SaltMills plaza either. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful beach! This hotel made our stay so easy and relaxing. Plenty of free parking right at the hotel, clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the home-like amenities we needed. We especially loved that fresh beach towels were always available by the pool — such a thoughtful touch that made beach days effortless. Highly recommend for anyone wanting convenience and comfort right by the beach!

Room and property were nice as expected. Very helpful staff when needed. Would be nice to see the beach access, that’s not directly attached to this property by the way, it’s a public access, be updated to support the style of the property we stayed at. Overall it’s a good place to stay and we enjoyed our trip with the Tides. Location is also very good for pickup on the beach for certain excursions, and just a short 10-15 min walk to “Town”.

This was the perfect little spot for my young family- Brenda was amazing as all the staff. So accommodating with change of schedules etc. the pool was nearly private as not many guests occupied and the beach was a 3 minute walk outside of the property.

The Tides is very small and quaint. We felt at home. Brenda and the rest of the staff was very friendly and easy to get ahold of for anything we needed! Super close to the beach. There are chairs, towels and umbrellas available. Lots of restaurants and shops are available in walking distance or bicycles are available to use. We had a great stay. Small, private and accomodating. We will be back!

Clean, comfy bed everything great except they should have bug spray there were so many mosquitoes and that really sucks when on vacation trying to sleep and they keep attacking you. So get bug spray if you’re visiting soon. Still nice place.

Brenda did a great job checking us in. Jason was amazing getting our beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning. Construction noise nearby 8am-5pm but if you’re on the beach it’s not too loud. Rooms were a weird layout and ac was working in only half the unit. But if you’re looking to save money with a condo near the beach with reserved chairs and umbrellas this is the place. Don’t expect the Ritz. Free parking was wifi was great.

The staff at Tides was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. Steps to the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up each morning. Beach towels always on hand. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was fabulous. Proximity to the beach was also great. The condition of the room fell short. The sliders to the balcony (both sets) were difficult to open. It took strength to open them. The doors were cocked in the frame, it was an ordeal. The laundry door was hanging off the hinges. One of the bathrooms smelled like vomit. The overall condition was disappointing.

Our stay was great. We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary in Turks and Caicos residing at The Tides. It was the perfect location steps from Grace Beach minutes from I believe their downtown where you can walk to bars like Danny’s or the Grace Bay gourmet supermarket, and other shops. The most impressive part of our stay was Brenda the receptionist she was amazing professional, friendly. She made our stay even more special. We were surprised with a cute little cake, strawberries and a nice note from the management team celebrating our anniversary. The daily maid service was great. The hotel accommodations were superb. It had everything that we needed if we were to ever come back to Turks and Caicos we will definitely choose The Tides.
