"We really enjoyed our stay at Royal West Indies Resort! The resort was very clean and well maintained, and the location and beach access were fantastic. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. There were just a couple of things that could be improved. There is only one location to pick up beach/pool towels, and it is located near the beach rather than the pools, which was a little inconvenient. They also seemed to run out of clean towels fairly frequently. The restaurant was not serving breakfast during the week we stayed, which was disappointing. Fortunately, our room had a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, so we picked up breakfast items and snacks at the grocery store and were able to eat in the room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Royal West Indies. The beautiful beach, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and great location far outweighed the minor inconveniences. We would happily stay here again!"

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"Beautiful beautiful property! Can’t say enough about it. Clean, spacious, modern perfect for our family of 4 with two active teenagers. Stocked with everything you can imagine from aluminum foil to make-up wipes to piles and piles of towels. The new addition work-out center was perfect to allow me to keep up with my steps even in the blistering heat, a place for everyone to lift and a great way to end each night with competitive pickleball, basketball and chess. Marvin and Patricia were gracious hosts and even helped direct us to an urgent care. Close to restaurants and activities, but private and quiet at the same time. Perfect home away from home, a great place with excellent hosts."

"Where to begin... Patricia & her husband were the most hospitable & responsive hosts we have ever had out of our many Vrbo stays!! Every time we had a question or need it was attended to immediately. Just amazing & kind people. The rental is incredible. Perfectly set up with a beautiful shared pool, lounge areas, & recreation area that included pickle ball, basketball, games, & a gym. It's a perfect location right across the street from the beach access a 2 min walk to the property beach front chairs on Long Bay Beach. We had the beach to ourselves everyday! Short walk to The Shore Club down the beach for food & drinks but we cooked everyday in the well stocked kitchen or utilized the grill. It's a gated property with an alarm so we felt completely safe and had great privacy. They also have a 3 BR two story property next door with its own private pool & shares access to the rec area that's amazing & we may upsize on our next visit. Again I can't say enough wonderful things about the property & hosts!! Will definitely stay again!"
