"Parking was a little sketchy people smoking marijuana in their cars, the staff we spoke to on the phone before arriving very kind and helpful. Staff behind the desk for efficient but a little cold breakfast is fine nothing unique powdered eggs with undercooked sausage they offered yogurt, orange juice, coffee however there was a lot of seating. And staff were attentive to the food line."

"The lobby is welcoming and front desk was nice. The rooms on the other hand are a different story. Dirty and moldy smelling. We had to switch rooms because of air conditioning and shower problems, then to only have similar problems in 2nd room. Both rooms air filters had to be changed and when they took them out there was so much dust it floated. So gross that the air conditioning unit could not work. Our final room was cleaner the the first it was just a huge inconvenience changing rooms when you are only there 2 nights. I had stayed at Empire 2 years ago and was happy to go back, but that r we I’ll not ever happen again. They need to completely clean every air conditioning unit and fix showers in all rooms. "

"The room was microscopic and there were paint specs everywhere. It seemed like they rushed to finish these rooms. For this price I would have expected better appointments as well."

"The property was clean and you can tell that it's new but there's extension cords for the lighting in the room, the mattress was way too firm, I smelled marijuana smell all night to the point of migraine headache and the lobby refreshments area never had all the items for a quick cup of coffee on the go. For this stay, just one night, it did everything I needed, provided a place to rest. But if you needed multiple nights, this would be a 1-star location."
