"Staff was great & room was reasonably clean. Hotel needs serious updating. Appliances were old and beat up. Rusted bathroom lighting was nasty. Rugs need to be replaced."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Check-in was cool but room was dirty, carpet older and filled with stains. The room stinks,I had to switch to a second room which was slightly smelly. I didn't have the energy to get switched to a 3rd room. This place is poorly kept. The bed sheets had stains on it. Bed was uncomfortable. THis place needs some serious renovation. Very old and run down. Front desk clerk was really nice though."

"Room clean. Food, drinks and staff very good. A/C SO loud, I had to turn it off to sleep, then woke up sweating, ugh. Rooms need soundproofing, very noisy from hallway and other rooms. Woman talking so loud for over an hour from neighboring room around 6 am. Pool area is set up nicely. Lots of trouble checking in and out. Apparently Expedia didnt send the reservation to them. I did only book 3 hrs prior but it took a long time to resolve with them and Expedia. Then when checking out, they were charging me full rate and we had to go all through it again."

"Room was semi-clean. Furniture was worn and lamp was broke. None of the ice machines worked except for the one on the main floor. The vending machines only took dollar bills no credit cards and only $1 or $5 and the front desk did not have change. Not alot to watch on TV unless you paid for it. Front desk staff was very nice."

"The bath has only a handicap shower with two drains, one outside. the shower on floor. The floor was terribly wet after shower. I did place towels down but I almost fell whenI slipped. The bathroom floor needed a thorough cleaning. I dont think the rugs were cleaned in a while. The staff was nice."

"This is a hotel that caters to large events. We were here 3 nights and there were at least 2 weddings, a prom and a birthday party. This meant lots of people in the bar and restaurants. We were disappointed there wasn’t a microwave in the room. They did accommodate us to check in a few hours early which was great."
