Reasonable motel.

The Inn is located so close to the beach which is great.Plenty of food choices around . The rooms are not so quiet sound easily travels. Breakfast was cooked of a set menu this maybe because of the smaller numbers staying. For the price you cant beat the location. Have a pool on top floor ,pool clean though beer bottle and a glass look like they have been their for awhile.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My air conditioning broke the first night. They moved me to another room. The second room bathroom had mold in the shower and was not clean. The Wi-Fi would have moments when it was slow and not working.

lovely room. nice balcony looking into street with bar and restaurant good man on reception but girls do not speak any englush. overal very nice stay and a nice sunbathe on the top floor pool

Had a good time there and some good things about this hotel... breakfast was very high price compared to prices outside...wifi was an issue for a day or so but fixed quickly...otherwise was a really good stay there ...room was really good as well...

Very comfortable and quiet. Great location near to the sea. My room safe did not work and I reported this straight away, however, it was not made operational during my stay.

Five of the best.
Me and my wife stayed for five nights at the Inn Residence and we cannot fault the Inn or the service we received. The Inn was very clean and our room and toilet were everything you could hope for. I will recommend the Inn Residence to my friends and colleagues as I know it would suit them very well. The beach front is only 100M down the road and there are an abundance of shops, ATM's, pharmacy's and mini marts catering for your needs. I thank the staff at the Inn Residence for making my stay a very enjoyable one and I will most definitely stay there again.

Must Stay Here
One of the best hotels I have stayed at in the Jomtien area. It’s only a short walk to Jomtien Beach and the night market. There’s also many places for fine dining in the are.

Nice stay with a great rooftop Jacuzzi.
Stayed for 3 nights with the girlfriend. Very conveniently located right near the beach. The bed was big with a comfortable room layout. The rooftop pool and beach chairs were nice. Although a German couple there demanded absolute silence, which was a bit of a letdown.

Small details take down overall score
1) Water outlet in shower was almost fully blocked (cannot have been cleaned for a while). 2) Advertisement photo of swimmingpool on rooftop gave impression of a much bigger pool than reality. 3) Water in swimming pool dirty. 4) Waterpool area could have done with some music facility. 5) Waterfall solution to swimming pool not in operation. 6) Glass protection in stairway from rooftop and down scary (if someone stumble/slide and fall down the stairs and fall through the window they will enter into a 6 floor heigh open shaft and almost certainly die.

Hidden gem.
Amazing hidden gem. Roof top pool area is fantastic. Rooms are really modern and clean. Air con is fantastic. Showers need upgrading and the pool could do with regular cleaning. Wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Hidden gem!
This hotel really is a little hidden gem. Staff are friendly and it's lovely and clean. Love the small pool on the 6th floor

Amazing hidden gem.
The hotel is very modern and clean. The beds are super comfy, air con is amazing. Bathroom is nice although the shower needs updating which is strange as the hotel is fairly new. Pool area is amazing, with fantastic views! The pool could do with a clean though.

Over all very good hotel
Nice hotel with spa on roof not swimming pool. Only problem with this hotel is the noise of cleaning staff on walkie talkie at 8am every morning sounds like loud speaker in room..Good clean nice staff

Simple but good enough
Second time we have stayed here. Room was fine. Spacious and comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast this time as it was not good last time. Location is great, close to beach, several eating places and the night market. Easy to catch the passing baht buses.
