This gorgeous ski-in/ski-out new build studio in Canyons Village will exceed your expectations for a vacation getaway. From the unbeatable location in the heart of Canyons Village placing you within a short walk from the Red Pine gondola to the studio’s modern and efficient design, you will have everything you need and more for a memorable mountain getaway. Equipped with tons of storage space and efficient use of space, you will feel like you're in a larger home than a studio! Adding to the studio's wow factor, just outside the large step-out balcony windows, you can enjoy gorgeous views over the modern outdoor sitting area of the building as well as the Canyons Resort base area, where you may even catch a glimpse of skiers or mountain bikers as they come down the mountain.
Located on the second level of the building, as you enter the studio you will be greeted by the bright open space filled with ample storage space and a Scandinavian design. In the entryway, you will find a large built-in storage closet with additional shelving to store all your personal belongings. Directly to your left of the entryway is the full bathroom of the home. This modern space features a free-standing shower with glass shower doors and a wood shower bench, a single-sink vanity with storage space underneath for towels, and a heated towel rack. Enjoy the added luxury of the heated towel rack to turn your shower into a spa experience with warm towels waiting for you.
Further into the studio, you will come to the open room, a dynamic space that can be used as the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and even workspace. You will first come to the kitchen area where you will find a fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, double burner stove, Nespresso, toaster oven, and basic cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a built-in desk that can be used as the eating area with seating for two. For those times you decide to stay in and cook instead of enjoying the many dining options of Canyons Village this studio’s kitchen will have everything you need to prepare a tasty meal all in a beautiful space.
Head further into the room and take in the cozy living space that features a comfy oversized Italian couch perfect for snuggling up on as you enjoy a movie on the 50” TV or a round of video games on the Nintendo video game system. This well-decorated space includes a large floor mirror, coffee table, two rugs warming up the space, and built-in shelving for additional storage space. From the living room open the large sliding glass patio door and enjoy the step-out balcony where you can take in gorgeous views over the modern outdoor sitting area of the building and Canyons Resort base area.
When you are ready to call it a night transition this space into a peaceful bedroom by setting up the Italian murphy bed down over the couch. This space is designed to be efficient so no need to move any furniture, just pull down the bed and enjoy a restful night on the luxury Helix mattress and cozy bedding. If your group has kids or an extra person this studio is ready to accommodate! Just pull down the twin bunk beds found above the desk/eating area, yet another example of the smart design this home features.
This studio is a great option for those looking for a remote office set-up with high-speed Wi-Fi and desk space in the room. If you prefer working in a communal setting the building has three dedicated work pods in the lobby that are perfect for zoom meetings! Guests are able to access many shared amenities like the work pods adding to the comforts this home provides. From a year-round heated pool and hot tub to an arcade and game room perfect for kids, a gym featuring fitness equipment such as Peloton bikes, a laundry area, outdoor fire pits with multiple seating areas, this studio will have everything you need, and more for a memorable mountain getaway in Park City!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire studio, step-out balcony, and one parking spot in the parking garage.
Guests will have access to the many shared amenities that include a year-round heated pool and hot tub, arcade and game room perfect for kids, gym featuring fitness equipment such as Peloton bikes, laundry area, outdoor fire pits with multiple seating areas, private work pods, and a small on-site market perfect for those late night cravings. In addition, guests will have access to shared secured storage, valet service for skis/bikes, and overnight boot warmers.
The Neighborhood:
This ski-in/ski-out studio is perfectly situated in the heart of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, placing you in the middle of the action at Canyons Resort. A short five-minute walk from the home will take you to the Red Pine Gondola providing easy ski-in/ski-out access. In a two-minute walk from the home, you will arrive at Canyon Village, a European-style village where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, grocery stores, and entertainment options. Enjoy easy access to some of the best slopes in Park City with a two-minute walk to the base camp area of Canyons Ski Resort which is now connected to Park City Mountain via a gondola allowing ski access to both mountains on the same lift ticket! Even more options await with just several lifts less than a ten-minute walk away such as Cabriolet Ski Lift or Orange Bubble Express Lift. The surrounding area is full of endless opportunities for adventure with Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park both a 10-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 15-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 15 minutes away. Or get in some shopping at the outlets located in Kimball Junction just a 10-minute drive from the studio. The location of this home places many of Park City’s incredible outdoor locations at your fingertips!
Getting Around:
This ski-in/ski-out studio is a short, five-minute walk to the Red Pine Gondola providing great ski-in/ski-out access from the studio! If you are interested in heading to other ski lifts jump on the FREE shuttle line just a two-minute walk away that will pick up guests and take them to the base of the ski resort and back, as well as access to downtown Park City. To reach the shuttle guests will go through the doors to the courtyard on level 2 and across the street, a short few minutes walk from your front door. Multiple buses stop on Canyon Resort Drive can also connect you to the entire FREE Park City Transit Bus system, which can get you to just about anywhere in this area. The FREE Main Street Trolley is also available once in Park City and is an iconic way to explore the historic area. With all the free shuttle options available you likely won’t need other transportation options, but Uber/Lyft are also always available.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
