The location was brilliant. The apartment is a little run down. Duck tape fix on black vinyl dining chairs, drier door broken, basin grimy and we ran out of hot water when I washed my hair, hubby had a cold shower! Stayed there before but in an apartment I think privately owned and rented which was much nicer.

A wonderful stay. We had a 2 bed apartment, with views along the drive to the bay. Everything was extremely clean, a well equipped kitchen, and very good aircon in the lounge. We also had a garage allocated. Location is excellent, with the bay across the road from the hotel, a two minute stroll to the Pacific, and several cafes just around the corner. About 10 minutes walk to the main shopping/dining area with plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. The only minor disappointment was the pool, which is a lot smaller than the photo suggests, and is shared with the apartments behind. That said, we would have no hesitation in stopping here again, or recommending to amyone else.

No internet in the room - despite making reception aware of the issue nothing was fixed. I missed a very important international zoom meeting because of no internet. I also asked for a spare set of sheets so I could change the bed when my son slightly wet the sheets. Reception said that they were not a service station and I would be charged for these sheets. Floor downstairs was concrete and very cold - even in autumn. We were not aware of heaters available in the room, but when found both heathers were broken. A great locations but reception and internet was deplorable.
