"It is my favorite stay in Milan. Feels a bit like an oasis in a busy town. The staff is great and attentive. It’s also just minutes from Linate airport which is super handy when you fly around Europe. "
"The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room. "
"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. "It is a great hotel situated right across from the Milan Central train station! For us being a family with kids it was super convenient. We walked right out of the station and were at the hotel in a 3 minutes walk! We ordered room service and it was good and arrived in a timely fashion. The Hotel and rooms were clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful!
Will definitely stay again! "
"I thought the staff was excellent. Very personable and attentive to individuals needs. They went above and beyond. House keeping did an excellent job! The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too! "
