Very nice hotel. Felt clean and modern. Very close to a metro stop, supermarket and some nice resteraunts. There was AC in the room but it couldnt be controlled, however it was set to a good temperature at most times.

This hotel was in a convenient location while we were in Milan to visit family for 3 days. We had a lovely spacious room and breakfast every day. Unfortunately there was no available lounge or bar service during our stay.

Hotel was perfect for a one night stop / staff was very accomodating and went out of their way to help / breakfast was very good. Area seems a little shady, but that did not diminish overall experience.

I travel to Milan for work often and this is my favorite neighborhood hotel and really close to Linate in cases of those early morning flights. Across the street is a huge supermarket and around the corner your typical places to eat and shop. The staff is always friendly and prompt with service. They nake you feel right at home!

The hotel is well located, 5mins from a metro station, with supermarket, cafe and other amenities nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were generally clean, but could use with a bit of freshening up - a bit of wear and tear everywhere. My main challenge was that the room was too hot, the thermostat didn’t do anything, so we had to make do with keeping the window open. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection of cured meats, cheeses, cereals and some limited hot food (scrambled eggs and bacon). Excellent coffee on request!

Hot and bothered

Room was too hot when I arrived. Tried to turn it down using the wall controls but they made no sense. After a fruitless 10 minutes I went down to reception (tried calling but didn’t connect) and they told me the temperature could only be changed centrally on their system and I should open the window while they sort it. Not ideal

This a hotel that tries somewhat too hard to be chic. I would not stay there over a summer or any warm month as it appears clear that the aging A/C system is not remotely up to the task. Other residents verified as we experienced that rooms were far above the requested temperatures on their thermostats, ours being at 81F versus being set at 72F. After complaining regarding this a maintenance person came and temperatures dropped to 75F, still well above set point. It was also after a heavy cold downpour so I do not attribute the improvement entirely to the A/C "Fix". This has been a complaint in other prior reviews so it is nothing new. Similarly, the lighting is limited in the room, and things are just two "shades" of quality below what one expects for the pricing. The staff is OK, a mix of good and grim, mostly good to be fair. Basically, it is an OK place for a short stay but only if you need to be in this area, but not during the summer, and not for more than one day or two.

Hôtel atypique à la décoration industrielle intérieure (verre et métal), chambres et couloirs de différentes formes. Très propre. Plein de places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue autour de l'hôtel. Métro à 100m pour rejoindre le centre de Milan. Quartier résidentiel sans intérêt. Petit déjeuner varié servi au dernier étage (salle intérieure et terrasse).

Hotel excelente. Quarto grande e confortável. Cama ótima. Banheiro sensacional . Com dois chuveiros. Amenidades para o banho além de cotonetes e outros itens para os hóspedes, tais como Roupão de banho e pantufas. Tem bidé, tb.. Café da manhã excelente também. Muitas opções e fartura, pelo preço de €12 por pessoa. Uma observação importante é que a localização é distante do centro da cidade, todavia há uma estação de metrô a 150 m do hotel que liga aos principais pontos turísticos. Por exemplo, levamos cerca de 20 minutos para chegar ao Duomo. Achei o preço da água no quarto bem acessível: dois euros por garrafa.. Pontos a melhorar, mas que não prejudicam a qualidade e a boa avaliação: o Wi-Fi poderia ser mais forte. O ar-condicionado poderia gelar mais. Poderia ter mais travesseiros no quarto. O secador de cabelos é bem fraco, fica parando a cada dois minutos. Enfim, ótima hospedagem. Mas, para quem gosta de ficar perto do centro não é uma boa opção para a mobilidade. Para quem tem paciência de pegar o metrô isso não será um problema.
