My stay at IQ hotel in Milano was pleasant, Kim at the front desk was such a delight. He made my stay really enjoyable, from the moment I walked into the lobby to the moment I checked out, If I needed anything I would turn to Kim and he would with a smile and to his ability help as much as he could…. His customer service is on point…… Also the IQ breakfast was delicious and the presentation was a delight itself! There was ONE incident in smoking area that wasn’t handled to my liking, but I’ll just leave it at that. Overall my experience at IQ was great, memorable for sure, and I would definitely stay at an IQ hotel again…. Thanks KIM!!!!!!!
