The first thing you’ll notice is how great this place smells and the hotel name should make that obvious. Friendly staff upon check-in and I was provided a tour of the place. My room was very nice, clean and smelled amazing. The proximity to certain tourist areas isn’t bad. Overall, I had a great stay here!

Beautiful hotel with one of the best breakfast we ever had. The perfume smell around the hotel is magnificent as well as the beautiful marble used in the rooms bathroom. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Milan

This hotel is fantastic! The lobby is beautiful and the service is excellent. Our room (Junior Premium) was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing! We also ate at the restaurant a couple times, and while it's definitely more expensive than other nearby options, the food was delicious. The hotel is located near the Navigli canals, a popular food area, as well as a train station that makes it easy to visit other areas of the city.

Fantastic property in the southern part of the city. Close to many shops and historic centers. You can walk easily to any attraction from this hotel. It offers an onsite perfume lab and shop. You can reload your fragrances for home whilst you relax and recharge in this beautiful property. Traveled with my wife and son. We all enjoyed the property and my son enjoyed feeding the squirrels in the garden.

Average hotel. Okay for one night in Milan. Parking facilities are very limited: You have to be lucky to be able to park your car within the hotel premises. No valet parking. Breakfast features a wide range of choice while quality is average. In the rooms it is noticeable that the hotel is not aging well. Lacks of maintenance, especially in the bathroom. Nice and cool temperature even in summer, but while the a/c can be switched off, the ventilation cannot - which can be uncomfortable at night. Ambiance generally nice and pleasant scents in room and lobby. The lady at check-out was very kind and professional, which cannot be said of the colleagues we met at check-in. All in all: Not terrible, but you might find better options at better locations.

The hotel is located in the Navigli area of Milan along the canals. The staff were all so welcoming- there was torrential rain as we walked from the station so we were dripping wet on arrival, and they got us checked into our room straight away. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with more than enough space for us and our 5 year old. We had a lovely lunch in the bar downstairs- we were the only ones there but we were welcomed by the wonderful staff as if we were regulars. We also had fab cocktails later that evening, as recommended and made by the brilliant barman. Breakfast was a lovely spread of fruit, cereals and cold cuts, with eggs available as desired. The hotel is walking distance from lots of bars and cafes along the canals. Lovely spot overall!
