"Dp not stay here. Here's why: The ad claims that they have parking, they do not. You are on your own to find parking at a nearby garage, 2 of which were full on the Friday night we arrived, or find street parking. They do not help with parking. When I explained I specifically chose that hotel because they offer parking, their response was "Well, we don't have any." The elevator doors are not programmed well. The door closed too quickly, very forcefully, hitting my wife, nearly knocking her over and leaving a bruise on her arm. The room's air-conditioning did not work. Though it was about 20C in yhe evenings outside it was at least 28C in the room. We tried opening the window, turning on the AC nothing worked. We were up all night drenched in sweat. Neither the room phone nor the TV worked properly. The sink drain was clogged. The mini-fridge actually warms items instead of cooling them. The walls and floors are paper thin. Not only was sleeping difficult due to the heat, it was impossible when you can everything happening in the hotel. A toddler running down the halls, doors closing, conversations. Overall the place is just rundown and poorly cared for, with a staff that does not care."

"The room was okay but a little rough around the edges. The wooden floors and guests that insist on dragging the furniture around at all hours of the day, means earplugs are essential. Nice breakfast area and choice of food. Well located for a range of restaurants and shops as well as the lakeside."

"Hotel was clean and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was limited in variety but overall good. Was disappointed that the room was quite warm as the A/C wasn't switched on and needed to be done centrally. Also the hot water in the room was rather limited. There was a bottle of water provided but not replaced"

"Very nice hôtel very well locate. Excellent staff at the réception, and in the breakfast room. Breakfast is so good. Very clean room thanks to the cleaning room staff. It is the perfect place to stay in Geneva. "

"Fantastic location with close proximity to the train station, lakeshore, restaurant and shops. Great breakfast add on - definitely do it! Spacious bathroom. Very private and quiet up on the 5th floor. "
