The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. "We loved this apartment. It was on the most beautiful street, so close to everything. No wifi—which made it difficult for us to communicate properly with the property manager, but that was our issue, not hers. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. We loved Annecy!"

"Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. Would not hesitate to recommend & hope to come back again."

"This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...
