"Nice hotel to stay. Beds very comfortable, walking distance from the tram. The staff at the desk were great "

"Breakfast was very good although on a Sunday morning they had 2 staff working, so some of the tables were left with used dishes and took a long time to clear. Some breakfast items such as the orange juice, bacon and croissants had been empty and missing for longer than they should have been. On the Monday morning with less guests, the breakfast was exemplary. Room was great, it was a studio room, with a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils all supplied, along with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, teas, coffee, bottled water etc. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Shower was large, water pressure not great, but adequate."

"The room was clean and well thought out. Great that there's a fridge in there too and loved the crossbow game. Love the fact that you don't have to physically check in, just check in on line and you get your virtual keys and was able to get in the room early which was a huge help. Fab common area on the top floor with great views, pool table, kitchen and laundry. Was lovely taking our take out up there and seeing people cooking. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, we will definitely return and highly recommend."

"Room was huge, a great view and super comfortable bed. The bath tub in the room was also a nice relaxing touch. The location is very close to the lake and Christmas market. Staff are wonderful as well and gave me an upgrade! I'd definitely come back."

"I did a quick 2 days to enjoy Switzerland while staying in Italy. The facility, shuttle service, food and staff was wonderful! Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. I would stay here again."
