"I was really disappointed in this property. The only thing that was excellent were the employees trying to make the stay worthwhile. The Tv did not work properly, The fireplace in the room would have been romantic if it worked. The breakfast offered did not compare to other hotels stayed at, which were much more reasonably priced.
The new spa is beautifully appointed.
The staff was amazing. They tried to make up for all the shortcomings of the property. Extremely disappointed in the amount paid...

"We only stayed here for one night but I wish we had more time! The staff was very friendly. Our reservation didn't immediately show up on our arrival, and because of the slight "inconvenience", we were upgraded to a suite! The bathtub was luxurious and the view was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxurious experience!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast Buffett was the best we have ever seen they thought of absolutely everything it was a real treat.
The room could have been better we had two single beds pushed together but the head board for one of the beds was stuck to the wall so I had no headboard which was uncomfortable. A kettle and tea bags would have been a nice addition to the room as we don’t drink coffee "
