"People and place were absolutely amazing. Great staff from beginning to end. Greeted us with a glass of CAVA upon arrival and an unexpected room upgrade. Wow. Great room. We had only a day in Palma, but wish we had more. BO Hotel perfectly located in the heart of all the action. Walk to anywhere."

"We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. They also have a swimming pool and a bar. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of cold and hot options. The staff were super helpful and friendly....

Perfect hotel great location in the old town Check in fast with no issues Room fabulous huge bathroom with an amazing shower with shower gel shampoo and conditioner provided Dressing gowns and hairdryer provided Tea/coffee/water provided Had a lovely terrace off our room it didn’t get the sun because of the tall buildings but nice if you fancied sitting out Didn’t have breakfast but could have purchased it Lovely bar too with outside terrace Couldn’t find fault with anything "

"This was my first experience in a hostel and overall it was great. I felt safe and I liked that I could book an all girls room. The beds were like little bee hives, and very spacious. I really liked that they had curtains. The bathrooms were mostly clean. If there was low toilet paper you just had to tell someone and they would replace it.
