"Lovely private outdoor space with plunge pool, with easy access from the functional kitchen. Loved the location, just outside the Old Town (15 min walk through a lovely park) and with a selection of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Very comfortable bed, and the (admirtedly tight) spiral staircase proved no challenge. Balbina was a very helpful host."

"This hotel is like an oasis of calm and tranquility in a bustling and vibrant city. It exudes elegance from the moment you enter the courtyard and the room didn’t disappoint- we stayed in the Royal Suite which has a private terrace with a view of the cathedral and King’s garden, a real gem of a find. The staff are so obliging, especially at breakfast which provides a real personal touch. The spa is a must, we had 2 hours of fun in the pool mixed with real indulgence and relaxation. "This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect....
