"Really nice area and the bus stop is right outside the room it's a 15 minute bus to Palma for 2€ each way. Clean room and smelt nice. Some of the towels had some stains so didn't use them and was left half a roll of toilet paper so had to go buy our own housekeeper came the day after with one roll after messaging the owner. Room could definitely use a mini fridge to keep snacks and cold drinks but that's my only comment. "

"Terrible experience overall. There was no email with check-in details or property information. Instead, I received a WhatsApp message asking me to send a wire transfer for an additional payment they called a “tourist tax.” I specifically chose Vrbo for the simplicity and security of booking and payment, but this property completely bypassed that process.I contacted the property manager through Vrbo and was told I needed to reach out to the property owner myself and coordinate this extra payment....
