"The only thing more outstanding than the beautiful property itself was the service! Everyone who worked with us was so accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their service orientation was so impressive. The hotel itself is gorgeous, in a quiet but convenient location, and we loved the rooftop pool area. My friend and I were thrilled as soon as we stepped into the beautiful courtyard entryway, and our stay just got better and better after that. I cannot rave enough about our stay...

The cleaning staff were a bit hit & miss - had to go to reception for towels, coffee, etc, but room was very clean. This hotel is very good, but the service inconsistencies need addressing."
