Acacia 4 Condo with Formal Dining Room, Living Room with gas Fireplace and Wet Bar, Guest Powder Room, Eat-in Kitchen, Primary Walk-in Closet, 3rd Bedroom is set up as Den with Fold Out Couch, Separate Laundry Room and two car attached garage. Eclectic tile flooring throughout is perfect for your small dog (sorry no cats as I am allergic) and we have a several sets of puppy stairs too. Patio with highly desirable South-Facing Mountain, water and Golf Course VIEWS overlooking Tee #3 on the Private Arroyo Course. Perfect spot to enjoy the lake and watch the golfers try their luck. The beautiful winter sunrises are amazing. Close to one of the many community pools/spas. Indian Ridge CC is a gated development with 24-hour security guards.
