"The room and beds were clean and comfortable. However the room door didn't close and latch on it's own weight and had to be pushed or pulled closed. It took a very long time to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with general choices. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toast, bagels, cereal were all available and I have to say the coffee was delicious. The hotel was clean the staff I encountered were nice and helpful the parking and location was convenient."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was cozy and inviting. It was furnished with everything I needed. I loved sitting on the front porch and rocking while I read. All the animals were fun to watch and the dogs were so friendly. The lake is absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this lovely place."

"First night was awful. Guests in room above us were loud for hours, stomping and a woman screaming. I tried to call the desk however the phone in the room was disconnected. Trains ran nearby all night with whistles blaring. Spoke to the morning staff only to be told I should have left my room and walked to the lobby. The second night was not much better with guests in the next room partying it up. We left that morning and did not stay the last night. We went to another hotel. "

"Our family had a wonderful spring gathering at the mountain retreat for my husband's 70th birthday! There were things to do for ALL ages. Everyone had a great time. Teresa has obviously put some thought and effort into providing whatever you might need. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend there to check out the area more."
