"Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties "
"Directions to the property were easy to follow. Check-in was easy. The property was exactly as listed. The hot tub definitely took up all of the second floor deck, but there was room to hang out on the lower deck. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. There are stairs to get to the front entrance and only 1 bedroom on the bottom floor, so be prepared for lots of stairs. Not a deal breaker for us though. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have had. Every utensil, pot and pan we needed. We will definitely try to stay again on our next trip. The kids loved watching the bats and deer every evening. The location was perfect. Close to Walmart and town, but feels very private. Easy access to whatever adventure you are looking for whether that is hiking, shopping, enjoying great food or fishing. "
