"Great place. Maybe too big, but very nice."

"Our family trip was centered around visiting Disney, and this hotel turned out to be a great choice for that purpose. It’s conveniently located about a 15-minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot, which made getting to the parks easy. It also had plenty of nearby dining options like Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Jersey Mike’s, Starbucks, Estalia Pizza pupusas and tacos. We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite, which was spacious. The room included a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a small dining table and a separate living area with a sofa bed. The bathroom had a divider between the toilet and the tub, which adds convenience for a family. The only downside was that the sliding door tended to move on its own, which was a bit annoying but manageable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I asked a lot of questions, and they were always patient and kind in their responses. We had one rest day during our trip and decided to check out the pool and water slides. While the slides looked decent, it was a windy day, so we didn’t get a chance to use them and stuck to the pool instead. Thankfully, the pool was warm and still enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It’s buffet-style, and we really appreciated being able to have a filling meal before heading out to the parks each day. Overall, this is a solid option for families planning a Disney trip."

"There were two on site restaurants. One was only open for breakfast, I believe it was close for refurbishment for dinner. The other restaurant was a little too high end for my grandkids. We had breakfast at the Barefoot Bar & Grill on our last day, it was very good and the outdoor seating right on the water was great."

"Clean room, staff was friendly, great shuttle drivers. Only issue and it isn't even really a complaint is small elevators. When we had the stroller or luggage we are couldn't fit in one trip. But we just took 2 trips or 2 elevators"

"Didn’t even give us room we bought room service didn’t come to our room once but was at room next door my whole trip so I just went to front desk .. nothing is included even after doing bundle so it’s best to pay separately lots of hidden fees had to pay $400 in order for me to check in "

"Rooms could do with revamping. Tired and very dark / poor lighting. Great location for Disney and felt safe. Pool good and towels provided. "
