"There was a banging sound coming from the other side of the wall of our room. It sounded like it may have been coming from a utility room or equipment area. It went on intermittently all night and into the next morning. I spoke to the front desk in person at 7 AM and she said I should have called them, which I should have, but now I am asking you to please take care of it and she said she would. Over an hour later, still noisy so I spoke to the front desk in person again. The issue was never resolved, we never received an explanation or an apology. I have no confidence that calling them in the middle of the night would have done any good. "

"Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. We had a good night sleep the two nights we were in town. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants. People need to do better about picking up after their pets in pet area. The TV didn’t work; we usually like to watch shows before going to sleep. Over all it, was a great stay and a good trip. We will stay here again, the next time we visit. "

"This hotel doesn’t look great from outside and inside is dated but it's super clean, great location, best views. It’s also close to town and easy access to beach. Great local coffee in room and bath salt."
