"The staff were excellent and the property was great, lots of stuff to do and lots within walking range. Would certainly come back. Only complaint is the Wifi was pretty terrible (there was some technical problems in the area so I suspect it's not normal)"

"A lovely property, an outrageously beautiful location. The amenities are amazing... wine wall with a few complimentary glasses per room was an unexpected treat. The pool is great but loses sun exposure pretty early this time of year. The hot tub was not working properly (no jets and the heater had failed). On the con side: my sister and I were traveling together with our school age children and requested adjoining/adjacent rooms and when we arrived at 1:30 pm, we were told that we were getting adjacent rooms that would be ready in 45 minutes. 2 hours later when we attempted to check in, we were told that our rooms were not only not ready but that we wouldn't even be on the same floor, very surprising and frustrating. We reiterated our room request and ended up waiting for some time again. We were not given our rooms until after 5pm. My sister was forced to request a roll away bed due to her room only having one King bed and not the two Queens that she requested. We had to ask for the roll away three times and it wasn't brought to her until 9pm. The hotel and amenities are lovely but I think that the staff are either inexperienced, lack communication between shifts, aren't given clear instruction etc... We will definitely stay here again but we will cross our fingers for a more organized check-in/check-out experience. for what its worth, we checked out 36 hours ago and our accounts still are not closed at the hotel and my Expedia account has not been credited my OneKey "

"Overall, not bad but we got disappointed a few times and our concerns were not addressed (the reason for loosing one star). First, I communicated with the host before renting that I will need a travel crib and they ensured us that there is one. When we got there, there was one very dirty travel crib that I didn't risk putting my baby in. If you are renting and planning to use the crib, make sure they replace or properly clean it. Also, 2 hand towels were dirty (make up stain and obvious that they were not washed) so I'm not sure if the rest of the towels were washed or not. In addition, the trash bin was broken and did not open properly. I addressed all these the first day and they told me that the maintenance team will be there to address all these issues. No one showed up and I was too busy with my kids to follow up. The house was overall clean. The backyard was not clean and neat like in the pictures. There was overgrown grass and vegetation everywhere that made it very hard to walk. My babies played on the swing set a little bit which was fun. I got good communication from the host but as I said, none of my concerns where addressed. We were told to start a wash of the towels on our way out which we did, so the next person going in will definitely have fresh and clean towels. "
