One reason we come here is for the laundry room. This visit 2 washing machines were down. Honestly, there is no reason not to have spare machines to change out. When facing the front desk at the far back left hand side there is some computer there that always seems to involve two people on it. If it’s ongoing work, move it out of sight of customers. It looks to customers that paperwork is more important than us. The night we were here there was a fire alarm activation. While the alarm was going on, front desk was still checking in customers (those that also ignored the alarm). There was no communication between those of us outside as to updates on the situation. I went in and spoke to desk got updates and passed it back to my fellow customers. It was a terrible example of what to do when a fire alarm is going off.

One of the best hotel stays I've had in recent memory. The staff were so nice and helpful. The food was pretty great too and I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of the food wasn't jacked up as so many other hotels do. Also, I loved that the window in my room faced the airport runway, it was great to be able to watch a few take-offs. I will likely book a hotel room again for next year's ComicCon.
