This hotel is not on the usual tourist trail. We always have a rental car so tend to venture off the beaten track. Staff were super friendly. Not much English but that’s just Japan and part of the adventure. Breakfast was typical Japanese hotel breakfast. Don’t ever go to Japan and expect an American Breakfast. They serve salad amongst other things. But pastries and yoghurt were also available. There is a traditional izakaya below the hotel for dinner. And convenience stores across the road. The hotel parking was easy to find and only ¥800 per night. Short walk to hotel from the parking.

Great for touring Kyoto
A very convenient hotel for touring Kyoto, situated next to a train station. No nonsense hotel. No food for westerners at the breakfast buffet...

Nice Hotel
This hotel was right next to the Seta Train Station (we used the JR Pass) and it was very convenient in catching trains to the various sites in Kyoto. The room was very small and we had an XL Twin, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good. The only things we didn't care for was the cold sausage, cold scrambled eggs and lukewarm salads. The coffee maker also took a long time to brew one cup at a time. But the pastries and bread were great.

Great hotel
Friendly and very helpful staff! Clean hotel with amenities. 2 minutes away from the subway station. Many restaurants around the area. Despite being close to the subway and being located in a residential area, nights are surprisingly quiet. I would definitely come back on my next visit.

インバウンドで宿泊費が高騰する中、日本人がビジネスホテルに期待する価格で大変助かりました。スタッフは大変気持ち良い対応をしてくれます。ベッドが良いマットレスなのでぐっすり眠れました。お部屋によると思いますし、安い価格で文句をいう資格はないと思いつつ改善要望を。客室のワーキングチェアの白い汚れや浴室の壁のカビが個人的に許容範囲を超えていました。気にされない方はされないレベルかもしれませんが、ぜひお掃除徹底くださると幸いです。

駅から近くてお安く泊まれるので、何度か利用させてもらってます。 スタッフさんの対応も丁寧でどなたも感じがいいです。 ひとつ、今回宿泊させていただいた部屋の浴槽に、恐らく前の方の髪の毛が残っていたことが残念でした。

設備は古いかもしれませんが、清潔感もあり、過不足なく、快適に過ごせました。喫煙しませんが、喫煙室しか空いておらず、匂いを心配しましたが、さほど気にならずに泊まれました。 また、翌日、スーツケースも預かって頂き、大変助かりました。
