Wonderful hotel, clean and spacious. Walking distance to trains, convince stores and a big shopping centre - which was super handy with kids. Would stay again.

This hotel is perfect if you want visit Disneyland and DisneySea. Shuttle bus at the hotel going straight to both parks. Loved our stay and will stay again.

The oriental hotel is awesome for families. There is a Lawson’s in the hotel and train station right across the road. A mall with a super market and food court full of options. They have an awesome buffet breakfast and offer free drinks and snacks which my kids loved. This is our second time staying there we love it!

Location was good, amenity was good, hotel was clean. The welcome drinks and candy bars are fun and great. Breakfast as well but a bit expensive for the quality of the food.

The room was very well-kept and bathroom was spotless. Towels, robes and toiletries were abundant. I would have probably given a perfect 5-star rating if there was a microwave oven in the room and if they had more efficient washers and dryers. Overall, my stay was fun and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

We loved how it was close to shopping places and you it had an area for little kids. Also it being near the train station and how it is a free snack station. Lastly the breakfast is great has really good food and drinks. Highly recommended for families

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially those affiliated with the Lawson convenience store, was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff seemed friendly and accommodating enough . The room was also quite quiet, which was a nice touch, especially since it was similar to a family hotel. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast buffet, as I arrived towards the end of it. I would definitely recommend based on the convenience to the train system, major grocery stores and malls and also for those who wanted to visit the Disney theme parks.

The rooms are clean and modern, close to Disney, which was our purpose for staying. The breakfast buffet was delicious, a little expensive but the welcome hour is free and they serve snacks and cocktails

The Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay is an excellent choice. Its proximity to the station and the adjoining shopping malls is unbeatable. We loved being able to walk right out and have dozens of fantastic restaurants and shops at our fingertips. The hotel itself is clean, family-friendly, and very accommodating. Will definitely return!"

Rooms were small as expected. Staff were helpful but some language barriers were present! Loved the amenities available. Very convenient location with 3 shopping areas a station just out front! Convenient busses to Tokyo Disney as well!
