"Hotel is facing the train station, just across the street and drop the luggage then start heading to go for food and shopping. The hot spring pools are amazing, definitely got to try! Staff are nice and friendly. Room inside is very comfortable to stay."

"The dinner buffet has so many delicious options and such high quality food that you should make it a priority to eat there. The hotel is definitely of the era in which it was built but I think that adds charm. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the sapporo train station. If I come back to sapporo I highly expect to stay there again."

folks still there. However we did have a dislike for a newer service they have using an electric scalp machine (do not recommend as it was very painful and traumatizing for my partner). The massage services were wonderful as usual. An issue though (same as last time), was cleaning of higher shelves. I placed my clothes on the higher shelves (I’m taller) and they came back chock full of dust. Please...
