This hotel was absolutely perfect for our family of five! Three teenage kids plus my wife and I but the room was definitely big enough for all of us. Perfect location, right in the heart of Kyoto. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff at the hotel extremely pleasant and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Laundry is the best. Room was spacious and we had everything we needed. It’s just the moldy smell inside the bathroom. It was clean and can’t see any mold but the smell was there. We had to turn on the exhaust fan for a while and yet every time we entered bathroom, we could still smell it. Other that that, it was great.

What an absolute pleasure to stay here! The staff was so helpful! We were in a quiet area near the Gion district. Walkable to most things including subway. Beautiful rooms and hotel.
