Ocean views galore! Make your vacation comfortable in over 1800 square feet of updated living space. You'll have three generous sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two Master suites. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably in beds. (Also, portable crib and booster chair). This building is primarily residential and 10:00 pm quiet time is expected to be adhered to. If this is not your expectation please I do not book this property. But if you do, you'll have ocean views from both master bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Relax on the extra Large balcony taking in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the pool or spend your time on our peaceful no-drive beach (pool is not heated). Front balcony for afternoon sun and BBQ grill. Fully outfitted with full service kitchen amenities, games, puzzles, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels. Linens included for all bedrooms and bathrooms. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Building has small workout room, sauna, and pool. WiFi and cable TV is included with Smart TVs in every room. Located 90 minutes from Orlando and Disney properties - 20 minutes from Daytona Speedway. 45 Minutes from Orlando Zoo. Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion! Wonderful StayEverything was exactly as advertised. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the beautiful ocean view and the calming sound of the waves. Communication with the host was excellent, and they made sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! From A to Z. There was nothing we needed, EVERYTHING was supplied for the beach, cooking and comfort. Vacation was seamless. The balcony was incredible, watched the most beautiful moonrise from it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to do so!!

Was very accurate. No outside grill only electric bbq outside. The condo was very well equipped for cooking and the beach. Communication was good. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers amazing. There were some issues with the lights, slow toilet tanks, WiFi dropping and thermostat not maintaining the temperature, but we notified the owner. I will recommend and will stay again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This is our second time staying in the Van Lee 306! From the first visit I knew I would have a hard time finding any where else to even conpare to how lovely this condo is! Everything is so clean, spacious, fully stocked and decorated beautifully. The hosts really have out done themselves! They are quick to respond, kind and you can tell they really care.. wanting your stay to be perfect in every way! Thank you for another beautiful stay!

Decorated beautifully with the perfect view My sister & nieces and I love it and this was our second visit. Plenty of room to have our cousins Over for a buffet . The weather was beautiful too.

This place has it all! Spectacular view of the ocean, plenty of space to relax and has every amenity you could ask for. We stayed for 6 days and loved the place. It's so quiet and peaceful. Owners were very responsive. I will defintely book this place again.

Perfection

We have been staying at the Van Lee for over 15 years but this was our second year staying in this unit and we will book it again next year! We have small children from 9 months to 7 years old and this until was so comfortable for us. Plenty of room and having pack and plays, booster chairs, beach towels and other beach supplies just made things so much easier! I can't say enough - thank you for all the pool keys! The food recommendations on the fridge were a nice touch this year. The hosts really pay attention to small details and we couldn't have been happier with our stay!
