"The room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was nice but there were no towels. There were two events in the lobby that were loud and made parking or getting to the main entrance difficult, but they didn't end up impacting our sleep. "

"This hotel feels far from what you’d expect from a Hyatt. I’m not sure the convenience of direct terminal access makes up for the outdated rooms, the very disappointing buffet breakfast, and the high price compared to other nearby airport hotels."

"This was a amazing hotel and the view at the top is beautiful. My family had an absolute blast. Funspot was one of the places we went with the kids.. fun time. Looking forward to going back soon. "

"The property is very pretty but very spread out. Either a long walk or drive to the restaurants and other pools. I was so excited to be on the 6th floor until they decided at 4pm when people are checking in to shut down the only elevator to the building and in my wet bathing suit had to truck up 6 flights of stairs only to realize they closed the elevator so that their staff could get supplies up to other floors. They did not care in the least that we had been waiting at the elevator and needed it. Just getting over pneumonia so it was very problematic for me. Then the morning of checking out I get a text message at 7:30am for a promotional deal which we live near by and don't need and the message woke me up. To make matters worse they call you at 8:30am with the same promotional nonsense to your hotel room. Why…..???? Never again!!!"

"Hotel is definitely outdated, room is old with smell. hot shower however and the cool AC doing the sprint time at this point to the budget hotel you know complain anything I mean it’s kind of fair real, and beside the location is easy to transportation from airport or South Park or downtown"
