The house is as promised in every way with everything you need for a SoCal getaway. The yard is worthy of arboretum status and provides wonderful birdwatching opportunities. "Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

Cannot park on premises but never had a problem parking. This was fond of Lay to June 1. Parking may be different in summer months. Would recommend."
