"Horrible experience! Once arrived and in our room a staff member entered our room without notice. We had no WiFi our whole stay. Lobby reception told us if we really needed it to come use it in the lobby, dirty bathroom, bathroom faucet barely turned on, outlet and lamp did not work in room, only 1 working ice machine in the whole building, and night construction left us awake at night!"

"Staff was rude to part of my party, one of the days we had no hot water so we had to shower in freezing cold. Homeless man was living under the stairs. Very unsatisfactory stay. "

"We went to buffet around 915am , the coffee was cooked and I mean cooked , requested a fresh cup,was given one that was just a burnt , its value of the buffet was not compared to cost "

"Oh where do I start. The room was damp the entire visit, making all our belongings damp. There are no USB ports despite the pictures. The shower had mold. The trash truck sat outside for 42 mins (that is after it woke me up, and I figured out what it was and started timing it). There was an odor. Did I mention the damp? The carpet was damp and my feet were not happy about it. Breakfast was awful and we wound up skipping every day even though I wanted a place with breakfast to reduce costs. That backfired. The location is freaking awesome, so wish it was better. Just a straight shot to Downtown Disney. And I thank the staff for finding a lost item for me. But nope will never stay again. "

"Staff was awesome and very kind, location is ideal for people looking to stay close but not too close to Disney. Only issue was pillows are small and stiff; and the bed itself was rather stiff in our room."
