Just a quick walk to the beach, this charming and bright 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1950's Beach Cottage has comfortable accommodations and ideal location close to quaint shops, unique restaurants, fun watering holes as well as the nearby beach and walking trails.

You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with Saltillo tile throughout. Gather in the Living Room featuring a comfy love seat and sofa-bed with 48' TV and plenty of room for reading, game playing or just relaxing.

Roomy Master Bedroom has King sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Guest Bedroom provides Queen sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Both are convenient to the shared Bathroom.

The open Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils with granite counters. Dining area seats four at the table.

San Clemente Pier and Amtrak Train Station along with dining, and shopping are just minutes away.

Complimentary back pack beach chairs, body boards, sun umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience.

This is our second time staying here!! We were super excited it was available on the dates we were going. You cannot beat the location! Cute and comfy as is described. Beds were super comfortable, loved the outdoor patio!! Jen is the best! We would definitely stay here again!!

Best time in San Clemente!

Such a perfect location, the cutest little beach house with a great front porch to relax at. So close to the beach, neighborhood is nice and quiet and cute. Nice neighbors. The house was super clean and comfy. The host was super communicative and responsive and so nice! I would absolutely stay here again when visiting!

Great Location, Friendly Neighborhood

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2025 while visiting from the Bay Area for my daughter's baby shower weekend. The space was a perfect size for my mom, my significant other, and me. We enjoyed having coffee each morning on the front patio, strolling to downtown for shopping and dining, and walking to the beach and pier. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice stay

The cottage was clean and well maintained. We loved how close it was to the beach - about a 10 minute walk, noting that it was down (and then up) a pretty sizable hill but that was no problem for us. There also was plenty of paid parking at the beach if you wanted to drive.

Great cottage near beach

Very comfortable two bedroom college about a quarter mile from the beach in San Clemente. Very thoughtfully furnished for a beach vacation. The owner and property manager were both extremely responsive.

Perfect Beach Cottage!

My family of 3 and our dog stayed here and it was PERFECT!! The location is within walking distance to everything and anything you need, the place was so clean & adorable and Jen, the property manager was so wonderfully communicative! We will for sure be back!

Beach cottage

The Beach Cotttage was great. Close to everything, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very knowledgeable about the town and area and a most gracious hostess. I really enjoyed my stay.
