"Both the pool and the hot tub were closed, there was no mention of this when we booked and part of the reason we booked there was because of those amenities. The bus no longer picks up for Disneyland, not the hotels fault but again very disappointing. Lastly we had fleas in our room. This is a pet friendly hotel, so we can see why it could happen, but they need to make sure they treat the carpets regularly. Staff was lovely and very friendly. All in all, I am not sure we will stay again."

"Accommodating staff. Always a person opening and holding the door for you. Great location."

"Breakfast was okay. Hotel fit my large family. However, one of the shower’s backed up. They do not provide housekeeping everyday. So, you call or go down for items you need. The dishwasher was gross and did not have wheels. Therefore, you can’t pull the bottom shelf out. We were compensated two nights of parking for these issues ($60). However, the hotel is just really needing some love. Not sure we would pick this place again. "

"Room was simple and clean, the staff was warm and friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you’re coming in to town for a book signing at the Barnes and Noble."

"Staff was great when we had questions/issues. Kudos to the HVAC guy who fixed our AC. Breakfast was good but they ran out of almost everything on our last day and the line up was so long it was outside of the breakfast area. Pool could have been cleaner. Water was cloudy, lots of debris in it. "
