Ocean Front Hot Tub, South Beach, Newport, Dog Friendly!

"I've stayed at several houses along the Oregon Coast & this one has hands down the best access to the beach as well as stunning panoramic view. Beach access is a short walk that includes a few stairs with a handrail. There is a clear line of sight from the deck to the beach which was a huge plus for our group of 3 families with kids. There are also two convenient rinsing off areas right before entering the house & plenty of hot water for showers! The house is huge with plenty of room to spread out & also to comfortably gather. The top floor of this home is amazing. From comfortable seating to amazing views, it is a little oasis. The daybed on this floor in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, our son said it felt like "sleeping on the ocean" with windows/views of the ocean on 3 sides of him. The second floor has ample comfortable seating, more great views and a well equipped kitchen as well as a large fully contained deck our dogs loved hanging out on. Our group spent the majority of our time together on this floor. The pool table & shuffleboard in the garage were fantastic to have. For groups like ours: There is a large difference from the top floor master (large, bright stunning views!) to the 3 bedrooms on the second floor (smaller and next to each other) to the king bedroom in the basement (feels less nice) . Just something to be aware of when picking rooms/costs. The host was responsive and we had a fantastic time here!"

"Everything was great! Amazing location close to quiet beaches and only 15 minutes to Newport. Kitchen was well stocked! We loved that it was pup friendly and the view was amazing. Main bedroom bed could be replaced. It wasn’t comfy and sloped on one side. It was right off the 101 so we couldn’t open the bedroom windows at night because of the constant traffic noise. Overall though, it was awesome!"

"Great location, clean house, very well appointed and equipped. It would have been nice to have a few kcups or some ground coffee for the first morning, especially for a rather remote location and later check in. Seems pretty standard at most vrbos these days, but this is a minor gripe! Would definitely stay here again"
