This is an older but well-cared for motel. It was clean and quiet and the shower was hot. Old-style charm but still modern enough. If you prioritize beach access or sweeping overlooks this is your place! The rooms have a back door that opens onto a shared patio and an expansive lawn before the cliff and the steps down to the beach,

It was a great location, with our back door opening right onto the ocean. Perfect for walking on the beach or watching a sunset. It’s a 1947 property so don’t expect much from the room. Staff were great and room was clean.

I loved the little fire place, bed was comfortable, I liked being able to go out the back door and walk my dog in the grassy picnic area, and walkway right down to the beach. It was cozy, and had a great selection of movies to watch in the evening. Wonderful place! We'll be back!

Overall the property was well kept. Very cute rooms. If I could change something, it would be the pet fee. To me, $30 per pet per night is excessive, especially for a small dog. I did appreciate the dog bag provided, the thought behind that was nice, but again, the fee is a little excessive for such a small outdated place. I have stayed at numerous places with pet fees being substantially less and included the whole stay.
