"A terrific VRBO house with an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean and a ton of amenities. The kitchen was perfect for our grandson, who loves to cook, and we enjoyed our time in the huge living room conversing and watching our favorite NFL team on the 65" television. All five of us had a separate bedroom with its own bath, and the house could not have been quieter or more pleasant. And while it was very private, it took only a few minutes to get into Newport for shopping or to various spectacular hiking trails along the coast. We had originally booked a VRBO near Mount Hood but were forced to cancel (with great regret) due to wildfire smoke and the fact that the Forest Service closed most of the trails and roads in the area for the season. But we ended up convinced that this house on the coast was just as good -- maybe even better."
