"The Sea Gem is indeed a gem! Lovely place right up from the beach with all the amenities that we needed. The views are great and access to the beach is not difficult. It's always clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Josh is a very helpful host and very responsive to any questions we may have. We come back here yearly and love it every time."

"Beautiful view from picture windows. Pet friendly. Parking was a little complicated. No dishwasher in place had to hand wash dishes which doesn’t always sanitize dishes. "

"This place is amazing. We have been on a 3 Week Rd. trip and we chose to be able to take a few days and stop and just relax. This place was amazing and just listening to the waves and the ability to just relax was such a gift. The sunsets were amazing. Every day is completely different and it is very private. We loved every single minute of staying at this space."

"We were on our annual vacation with sis and brother in law and had the best time in this house! We enjoyed the hot tub with a view, a night fire outside listening to the waves, and then enjoyed local crab and prawns. The fully stocked kitchen made preparing and clean up so easy. Thank you for all of the supplies to make this so nice. From lawn chairs to spices this house has it all."

"Location is very convenient with Seal Rock State Park a 1 minute walk across U.S. 101. Luna Sea restaurant is right out the back door and serves good fresh seafood. Cleanliness of the property was not very good. Cobwebs downstairs, unvacuumed carpet, and long black hairs in the kitchen drawers. New bathrooms and kitchen appliances were nice. Beds were small not queen size as listed."

"Loved the house. Comfy beds. Easy access to beach. Great views. The hot tub was kind of dirty and needed to have fresh water and chemicals. We also ran out of toilet paper and there was a slight sewer odor sometimes. It overall we would rent this property again. "
