"Loved the Breakfast menus. The Hotel it’s self was amazing. Super clean. Location was perfect two train stations within less then 5 min walk. The only thing I did not like which I found pricey was the Dinner menu. I was in Tokyo 15 days . The night we had dinner at hotel was the only night we spent the most on food. Other then that I have no complaints. I plan to book another stay at this hotel. "

"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "

"We did not eat the breakfast but you have option for 2 restaurants and both looked great; staff was very nice and helpful; there is airport limousine bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Haneda or Narita airport; there is underground passage to Shinjuku station where you have direct train to Shinagawa station for Shinkansen ; there is a 24 hrs FamilyMart in the hotel building"

"We had booked a room for 5 nights at the Indigo Hotel for a family of 4 (inc two boys aged 11 and 9). The hotel had reserved us one room with only one bed between us. They told us it was the biggest room they had and that was their family room. They explained it was common in Japan to have all family members in one bed. We have never encountered this in all our travels before. It was disappointing because our kids aren’t babies and there’s no way we could have all slept in one bed for 5 nights. We therefore had no other choice but to reserve a second room for the children. This was not cheap for five nights in peak cherry blossom season and obviously was an unforeseen expense for us on a budgeted holiday. Very disappointing. The hotel did not do much to accommodate us given we felt that this was their mistake. "
